This should make my Mod "Better Chancellor" and Slaneches Mod "Councillor's experience trait" compatible.

This Mod MUST be placed below the above mentioned Mods.

Load Order:
Better Chancellor
Councillor's experience trait
THIS ONE
(I think it will work the other Way round unless you put this Mod last)

Half the options still doesn't give council memeber experience like gain control, find secrets, promote culture, increase development. It still looks the same, I'm not sure what this patch actually does.

Open your Explorer go to the root where all Mods are
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\1158310
and let the Explorer earch for the string "task_promote_culture" - this might lead in finding out what Mod touches this ;)

@skela Yeah, Promote Culture does work when I've only got the three of them running. It must be a conflict with some other mod, though I don't have anything else that touches the same files, so no clue which one.

Pls try the following: ONLY use Experience Trait and check if the Spymaster is working (As far as I can see it is not working)
ONLY use Better Chancellor and check the same (as far as I can see it is working)

The Promote Culture is working for me (I'm using a Modtest Playtest with only the three Mods in it).

@skela Okay, so a couple days on and I've discovered that there are some bugs with this patch. For some reason, it messes up the Discover Secrets action. My Spymasters will neither uncover any secrets nor inform me that they don't think there are any secrets to uncover. The Chancellor also doesn't seem to provide a bonus for Promote Culture anymore.
