Use client cvar "simf_firstpersonsounds_enabled" to change modes:
-> "0" - disabled
-> "1" - enabled

After changing the mode you need to restart the map or reconnect.

Apologies for complaining, but there is a slight texture error (or something else I don't know how to define) that is making the grill see-through, any solutions?
