4/10 Explains little. I recommend the looksmaxing focus to increase the bonuses from the charismatic national spirit, as the strength national spirit is currently lacking in content.

Economy is important in any game, but since we're talking alliances, use your political power to improve opinion rather than buying out the competition.

Playing tall is really the best way to play, but if you currently have a smaller national body, it's okay, just do your best to buff that charisma spirit and keep a half-way decent economy.
