Improved Vanilla Weapons

Description
Description
===========================

This mod edits the vanilla character weapons and interior turrets to try to make them more balanced. It also replaces the vanilla ammo for rifles and pistols with four new ammo types: standard, piercing, high-capacity, and elite. Additionally, this mod adds orange and yellow trails to every bullet fired, as it is incompatible with the bullet trails mod. With this mod it is once again possible to take down small drones with just your rifle.

Weapon Changes
===========================

Standard Automatic Rifle
-------------------------------------

- Removed recoil

- Reduced rate of fire from 450RPM to 320RPM

- Is now fully automatic

- Reduced damage multiplier from 0.3 to 0.28

- Reduced range from 800m to 600m

- Slightly reduced reload time

- Now requires cobalt to be crafted

- Usable ammo types: standard

Precise Automatic Rifle
-------------------------------------

- Removed recoil

- Reduced rate of fire from 300RPM to 280RPM

- Is now fully automatic

- Increased accuracy

- Now requires gold to be crafted

- Usable ammo types: standard, piercing

Rapid-Fire Automatic Rifle
-------------------------------------

- Removed recoil

- Increased rate of fire from 550RPM to 750RPM

- Reduced range from 800m to 600m

- Greatly reduced reload time

- Now requires silver to be crafted

- Usable ammo types: standard, high-capacity

Elite Automatic Rifle

- Removed recoil

- Is now fully automatic

- Increased accuracy

- Increased damage multiplier from 0.28 to 0.32

- Greatly reduced reload time

- Usable ammo types: standard, elite

Standard Pistol
-------------------------------------

- Removed recoil

- Reduced damage multiplier from 0.21 to 0.2

- Slightly reduced reload time

- Usable ammo types: standard

Rapid-Fire Pistol
-------------------------------------

- Removed recoil

- Reduced damage multiplier from 0.18 to 0.16

- Slightly reduced reload time

- Now requires cobalt to be crafted

- Usable ammo types: standard, high-capacity

Elite Pistol
-------------------------------------

- Removed recoil

- Increased accuracy

- Increased damage multiplier from 0.26 to 0.32

- Slightly reduced reload time

- Now requires gold to be crafted

- Usable ammo types: standard, piercing

Interior Turret
-------------------------------------

- Reduced rate of fire from 600RPM to 360RPM

- Reduced accuracy

- Reduced damage multiplier from 0.2 to 0.12

- Usable ammo types: any

Compatibility
===========================

This mod is not compatible with any mod that modifies the vanilla weapons or ammo. If this mod is not working for you, it's probably because another mod is trying to replace the same files this mod does.

I'm looking for something that reduces over all player TTK while also not affecting large grid armor blocks at all. Do you think this mod does that?

why'd you make the precise rifle fully automatic? isn't that a bit antithetical for the DMR-class rifle?
