@Nashy.ness do you have the required DLC? Loading screen mod may also help identify whats going wrong.

how do you change a map theme, I want to make a city but turn it into a temperate theme.

Definitely enjoying this map, building a storyline out with it, and expanding our traffic infrastructure with the help of your assets as the towns on the map expand.
