Locating your Steam Library
To properly uninstall VRChat, you'll first need to locate your steam library. First, navigate to the top of your steam client and find the "LIBRARY" option. It is located between "STORE" and "COMMUNITY". Clicking it will open a drop-down window. You can actually click this a couple of times and it will take you to your library home.
Locating your VRChat install
This section can be a little advanced for new users. You will need to locate your VRChat installation. The simplest way to do this is by using the searchbar in the upper-left corner of your Steam Library page.

Simply click on the searchbar, type "VRChat", and your vrchat installation should appear below the searchbar.

Uninstalling VRChat
From this point, you will simply need to right click your VRChat installation, then hover over the "Uninstall" option.
Simply left-click this option to begin the uninstall process. Follow the instructions on screen and your copy of VRChat will have successfully been uninstalled. Congratulations! We're not quite done yet, though.
(optional, recommended) Leaving Feedback
First you will need to go to the VRChat forums[feedback.vrchat.com] and log in to your account. Navigate to the post about the addition of EAC (Easy Anti-Cheat), then approve it by clicking the little box next to the post.
Next, You'll need to go to the VRChat steam store page, scroll down just a little bit, finding the box that says "Write a Review for VRChat". You must type a review in order to leave negative feedback, so make sure you include the phrase "EAC" or "Easy Anti-Cheat" in your review, and submit it, and you're done!
Make sure that your review is honest and doesn't include personal attacks against the developers or publishers, because there is a chance that it will be censored out or suppressed. Posting about the incident on the steam forums can be risky, because the moderators of the VRChat community could maliciously ban you from communication for having a negative opinion of them, if they were so inclined. This is a positive community, so make sure you voice your concerns in a way that clearly gets the message across!

This is, truly, the greatest guide. But you forgot the first step, the reason you will uninstall it.
1. Have your eyes burned out because you joined a public game.
