High Elf elites

So the High Elves don't have an monstrous cavalry units - other than maybe Eltharion's knights unit, but they are flying so don't count. Either way that got me thinking, they don't have an elite melee infantry unit besides Phoenix Guard's and Mistwalkers. Then thought that the hoods on some of the Shadow Walker units are pretty cool, they might look good on some other units. So went on a tangent, but here we are:

Created three new units for High Elves:
Swordstalkers of Hoeth - Basically Swordmasters of Hoeth, but much improved with hoods.
Recruit in campaign from Tower building, if playing as Alith Anar, can recruit from unique camp building.

Dragon Spire guard of Caledor - Aspiring Champion style unit, not many models but hit hard. Dragon keep building required to recruit.

Silver Helm Stags - Silver helms riding Wood elf Great Stags. Recruitable from Alarielle's unique wood elf building or Tier 3 red cavalry building.

Known issues/Possible Improvements
- No unique VO for the units
- VFX on weapons to make Dragon spire guard more magical.
- UI unit icons need updating

This is my first proper go at modding units on TW so any constructive feedback is most welcome!
