First you need to uninstall R6S

If you know how to do that skip this part but for people who dont know here's instruction step by step:

Step 1-Open your steam library
Step 2-Search for Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege
Step 3-Right click the game and search for "Manage"
Step 4-An extra tab should show up to the side and your mission is to find "Uninstall" button
Step 5-Click "Uninstall"
Step 6-Confirm your choice

And there you go you succesfully uninstalled this piece of ♥♥♥♥ from your PC

Find a hobby

Since you were R6S player a few minutes ago, you probably don't have any hobbies and don't know any

But don't worry I picked some good hobby examples for you:

Fishing:

Working out:

Biking:

Try as many things as you can and choose one or two you liked most
Remember that being outside is healthy for you

Hang out with friends (if you have any)

Invite friends to your house and watch a football match

Go bowling

Do something stupid together (but don't overdo it)

Go on a trip

There are so many things you can do with your friends when you're not playing R6S.

Find a cool job

Now instead of reposting the same memes on Discord or making fun of those weirdos on Twitter, look for a job in your area.
Not only will you make some money, but you can meet new people you can make friends with.

These are just the examples you need to find a job that you feel comfortable in

Become a volunteer

That's right, why don't you start doing good things and start helping others, maybe an animal shelter would be good?

You can be proud of yourself for doing something nice for people who need help

Find a Gf

It can be difficult, but if you've found a hobby and started spending time with your friends, your chances of getting a gf are better than before.
