Ukraine Has Not Lost Her Glory - Millenium Dawn

"MD Eastern Europe Overhaul " is a submod for Millenium Dawn which aims to make the tech icons of the various Eastern European countries of the Post-Soviet world more accurate, as well as revamping many of the icons in use to provide better flavor. Each update will provide a different country a fleshed out technology system, starting equipment and division setup, and more accurate generals that existed in this 21st century simulator.

Additionally available to all nations, Rocket Artillery Batteries have been separated from SPGs, allowing for better accuracy

Localisation is only in English at the moment

- Accurate placement of Nuclear Reactors in Ukraine, as well as an increased military factory in Kharkiv
- Small fixes for more accuracy
- Updated 2000 and 2017 starting tech
