Way 1 Upload gif using code

Open this link https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/edititem/767/3/
Select your artwork file and Give your artwork a title
Check the mark next to "I certify that I created this artwork check mark"
Press ctrl+shift+C to open command prompt
Choose a console, enter this code and press ENTER, then "Save and Continue".

Way 2 The Easiest Way Ever! Using Google extension

Open this link and install the Google extension[chromewebstore.google.com]
Open this link https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/edititem/767/3/
Select your artwork file or simply drag and drop it.
Click "Hide title" if you want to hide the text, or enter your own text.
Click the checkbox "Enable Long Artworks and Long Screenshots."
Click "Upload," and then you can upload it to your profile.(You can see how to do it in the example below.)

If you're not uploading Featured Artwork, you need to select the checkboxes that apply depending on what you want to upload (Screenshot, Workshop).

Add Artwork on your Steam Profile

Go to your profile and click "edit profile"
Importantly Go to section "Featured Showcase" and choose "Featured Artwork Showcase"
Press this marker and choose your art
Click save and go to your profile to see the result
If the art doesn't load, refresh the page (F5)

Upload background on your profile

Go to your profile and click "edit profile"
Select the Profile Background section. Click the "Original Size" and choose the background you want to upload
Click Save and enjoy your profile
