The Catalyst Mod is a new game+ style add-on for the Calamity Mod. It currently adds various new items and enemies, some based on the superboss Astrageldon.

The mod is planned to add much more content in the future, such as new biomes to explore and more superbosses.

Please note that this mod is intended to be used in brand new playthroughs. Not doing so may damage your experience with the mod.

If you have any issues with this mod, its Discord server is the best place to have your problem addressed. The comments section on this page is NOT the place to engage in any discussion of the sort.

I *think* I've encountered a bug with the upgraded auric tesla armor. When I equip it it makes my game lag severely. I have a 4070 so It isn't an issue with hardware. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Love the mod.

so uh.. i accidentaly entered my old world with my new playthrough character where previously i've already beaten astrageldon with my old character in this world.
now my new character is flagged as already beaten astrageldon.. Awesome

is there anyway to revert this?

May I recommend that you move the cut off of which you cannot fight the slime boss to Providence instead of Moonlord. 200 Dmg seems really high for an enemy with a small arena with many overlapping attacks to boot. Can you also make it so the grave yards gray scale does not affect the bosses background.
