Dynamic Office Tower

설명
UPDATE 7/24: updated elevator control panels.

UPDATE 7/20: Now with working elevators & the following spawning options:
-Tall with furniture
-Tall without furniture
-Short with furniture
-Short without furniture

Just a depressing office complex. Fully Dynamic.

The building contains 13 (or 6 for the short tower) floors. The floors contain the following:
-Subterranean parking garage
-Lobby floor with coffee shop & plaza
-10 office floors containing 2 variants (4 floors for the short tower)
-Roof/penthouse with an elevator machine room

With the exception of the core and columns, every component in this building is a dynamic prop held together with joints. Destroying a column should cause the entire building to sag/collapse.

Project is still WIP with the following items still needing to be worked on:
-Elevator. They're currently a bit jank & the doors don't open on the upper floors.
-Add explosives to the transformers and propane tanks.
-Add a static (non-dynamic) version to further assist with lag.

Note, for the best dynamic performance, the short tower is strongly recommended. Not only is it less laggy, but the dynamic nature of the building really shines much better with the shorter building (the tall building tends to hold its shape a bit too well IMO).

@nmelamed82 Because the office is fully dynamic, all the parts of the office are loose. so when you are grabbing on the door, you are technically grabbing a big part of the office, and when you grab onto something, you can fall through it sometimes. I'm not completely sure that's how it works though.

there can also be other issue's with things other than specs like type of gpu like AMD or Nvidia for example where some games or mods refuse to run on a gpu of the same spec's as the other but different brands which is why testing on multiple type's of pc's even if there the same spec's.

but I don't think that matter's in this case since Teardown it self is well optimized for whats going on in the game for both companys gpu.

If simpanssi18 is listening, the operating system you're on doesnt matter, it's the actual specs of your computer that matter. Today you learned the dead simple fact that some people have a worse computer than you.
