Doesn't seem realistic honestly. Hydrogen power isn't used to make electricity from water - it's used to store power on vehicles. Just a simple thought experiment: hydrogen is made by electrolising water. Then you react the hydrogen in a fuel cell to get power. You start with water, and end with water. Neither process is 100% efficient, so irl this is just a way of making x water from x water and some power.
