Just Sliquifier and a weapon with decent amount of ammo for instakills like An-94.
If you want to reach round 70 thats it, but if you want to go higher you kinda want to try and get a perfect drop cycle (Instakill, Double Points, Nuke and Max Ammo each round) because if you don't you are gonna get low on ammo and might need to do trades
