Rainbow Six: Siege - Recruit Playermodel & NPC

Description
Adds Recruit from Rainbow Six: Siege as a playermodel & NPC. Includes 6 different barets and 1 helmet. Friendly and Hostile NPCs can be found in the "Rainbow Six: Siege" tab in the NPC spawn menu. Still working on the c_hands, but they should be added soon (If I don't move on to another project). If you find any bugs or issues please let me know.

I released the c_hands. Its like a 50/50 chance they look good, but if you don't really care they work.

Well, i don't use the MW base so it shouldn't be a problem for me at least, If you could release them it would be cool and then you can update them in the future if they would need it i guess

The c_hands work, but for some weapons like the MW base ones, the mess up. If you want I can just release the WIP ones and they work pretty good with most of the TFA base weapons.
