+SLOT_# This is just a unique ID for the slot. It seems to be able to be any 8 or 9 digit number, so long as it's not used for any other +SLOT_#.
P=OBJ_# This matches SHIP_ID for the ship this slot belongs to.
STATE= Not sure, but I've only ever seen it as STATE=1.
MCOUNT= Not confirmed, but seems to be Mission Count. Likely how many missions the item has actually been used on.
BREAK_PROB= Similar to INV_BREAK_PROB=. It's the items chance to break after the next mission. Set to 0 to fully repair the item.
SLOTNUM= The number of the slot in your ship. Starting with 0, it counts up for each slot. For example, if you have 4 slots then the SLOTNUM for each, in order, will be 0, 1, 2, 3.
If you have a turret somewhere in your game, you can find the id from there. If someone knows the ID for the turret or the dog for sure, please let me know
