For long time we looked into the galaxy, Why have we not encountered any advanced civilisation?

Could it be that ...... we were the first pioneers to set foot in the stars?

While others are still running around on the prairies of their home planet?

This mod allows you to enjoy a quite galaxy for 100 or 50 years, all default AI empires will be turned into early space age primitives, you are the precursor of this age!

(Reduce the speed of primitive tech progress to 40%, but add 150% progress gain to enlighten operation)

(Some special origins may not be recommended in this mod)
