Roulette ♚ Royal (RWC Edit)

We took the awesome Roulette table Fragaholic made and decided to add some extra features!

- Chip converter
- Color Change Button
- Player seating increased from 6 to 10.
- Roulette board redrawn.
- Side board explaining bet types and payouts redrawn + added concept of Bonus Extra Balls.
- Bets Open/Bets Closed sign added.
- Save Retrieval System added.
- Zone Protection Zones in place.
- Gave it a different look/feel - Looks like RageWynd's Casino.
- The $25 chips were taken out due to incompatibility with the chip exchanger, but planning to make higher value chips in the future!
