This Mod makes it so you don't need Holy Sites for Faith Creation or Reform or for Head of Faith Creation. The AI still needs to meet the requirements.

OK found out why it wasn't working I forgot that I had a mod that makes faith reform require less faith points (Or whatever its called) right when I uninstalled that this started working. This is a great mod by the way.
