Step 1. Go to your steam library and find Hearts of Iron 4.
Step 2. Uninstall it.
Step 3. Go to steam support and request a refund (if you meet the requirements) or request the game to be removed from your library.
Step 4. That's it. Have fun irl or something you nerd

umm, I have a question, what am I doing wrong in this game because I don't have an addiction. I know exactly how to play the game. Do I have to play with mods? Buy dlc?
