Deliver a companion cube, at the exit door drop it down the tunnel with the lasers. There may be two parts requiring a test subject to NOT be a jellyfish.

I really liked this! This had a nice fun puzzle in it, and I liked having to deliver the cube at the end. It reminded me of dropping the cube in the incinerator in Test Chamber 17
