Accurate Icon Fix for SCHISM H.U.D.

After TLS, the hud icons on SCHISM HUD looked odd but never got officially fixed. However some unofficial fixes has been released later on.

Anyways, I've reviewed a few of these fixes and they fixed the broken hud icons, but also changed the position of some hud elements. So, I didn't think these fixes were exactly the accurate solution because they didn't stick to the original look.

I feel like something is wrong with the ammo icons but I couldn't fix them 'cause they would conflict.

Reworked Icons for Compatibility

Q: Do I have to subscribe to the item in the required items?
A: Yes, you have to subscribe for this item to work properly.

Q: How is it different from other fixes in the workshop?
A: This fix was made from scratch and it does not change the position of any hud element. The formats of the hud icons are the same as the original ones. In other words, it will stick to the original look.

Q: Why is it conflicting with my other items?
A: First of all, you should not use custom primary weapon icons with this item because they are hidden and then make sure the item you are using does not contain any custom hud icons.

Q: Is this compatible with SCHISM HUD: Main Modular Version?
A: No, because some icons are hidden in the modular version, but you can use this fix for it.
