TIA Remake

Description
The TIA is a more cost efficient high density alternative to the police headquarters. A well developed city is needed to be able to afford it.

YOU WILL FIND IT IN POLICE SECTION

Main tris: 3,202
Main textures: 1k Diffuse, Specular, Illumination, and Normal.

LOD tris: 170
LOD textures: 512x512 Diffuse, Specular, Illumination, and Normal.

Area Resolution: 1 pixel per inch

Dimensions: 298', 117', 648' (90.8m, 35.5m, 198m)

I have spent a lot of time finding a new workflow to create assets which has slowed down how much I create by a lot. This may be the last asset I create that uses the old workflow.

This prototype is nowhere near complete and I hope to add much more detail in the future.

Hi ! All your Assets are beautyfull ! you should Create A collection ..way easier for us to manage by subscribing to a collection ! thanks you keep up the good works !
