"So this version of Super Sonic is a character that appears in Fleetway Editions' Sonic the Comic book series.
He resembles Sonic the Hedgehog with more power. When Sonic is under a lot of stress or is exposed to chaotic energy, Super Sonic, a crazy demon-like entity, appears in Sonic's body.

This version of Super Sonic's has enormous destructive powers, hyper-aggression, sadistic humour, and lack of restraint regularly put innocent bystanders, including Sonic's own friends, in peril, therefore Sonic constantly had to fight to keep this alter-ego in check.
Super Sonic does appear to love the idea of killing Sonic's buddies, as seen by the fact that he purposefully delays killing them in issue #184."
