Colony designation gets +50% growth from immigration.

These changes will enlarge the effect of current pop on growth rate. Pop growth will start at 1 and reach the ceiling at between 30~60 pop depending on your slider setting and planet size. The growth curve will be much more pronounced than vanilla.

Additional balance changes applied to habitats and. Habitat planet class gets a 20% growth rate bonus. The Arcane Replicator for Voidborn is also tweaked to provide +200% pop growth in the first 10 years of the game.
