i don't think bricks are used for anything but simple smelters

Is it worth using brick before getting a bunch of lamas or will I need brick for a lot of the new machines? (Haven't gotten that far so I don't know what is needed in late game recipes.)

Leather is pretty high up there, you can just go to the bear island and kill a bunch. using a bow will make killing them pretty cheap too.

Hey! Kinda pointless, but it takes 8 titanium ore to fill up a machine, so it has the same value as wool!

Wool is OP, but for a beginner like me, it is hard to catch the llamas.

Killing seagulls for the drumsticks also results in getting a lot of feathers, so actually quite easy to collect those faster than the leaves and plastic since you can kill them event when the raft is anchored.

i'd noticed how much wool was worth, had me muttering "cubes.." every time i went to shear
