MGR Raiden Voicepack

Opis
Raiden has tons of skills when it comes to disposing aliens. Might be related to his dark past where he was forced to be child soldier. And probably why sometimes his voice becomes very... dark/edgy.

Over 750 lines
Usual voice filter
But nothing that wouldn't fit Xcom
WotC not required, but full support for heroes granted

Lines taken from codec, cutscenes and in-game talks, most of the times he'll talk in his "normal" voice, but Jack is around waiting to get through, mostly on "enemy related" stuff.
Compared to old Raiden voicepack, there's around 10 times more lines.

Suggested cosmetics: MGR Customization Pack 2022 to look like Raiden.
And maybe you'd like some David Hayter to give Raiden his pal?

Voice Patcher to have more stuff covered (especially suggested if you plan to make him melee warrior).

To keep mods organized, I suggest using Alternative Mod Launcher[github.com].

Credits: PlatinumGames/Konami for making game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, Quinton Flynn for voicing him in said game.

@Brynhildr: Do you mean if I can edit this VP so sound more feminine (probably impossible) or do you want to use this VP to any generic female?

Second option is achievable easily if you use for example Unrestricted Customization https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2438621356 .
Or by editing ini file, but better to just use mod like UC - but if you can't give me a notice and I'll think about some tutorial how to edit mod.

since the MGR Customization pack lets us use raiden bits on females uwu any chance we can get the voice for females too? Asking for like mental rp reasons uwu voice modulation and whatnot

Love your voice packs! This would have to be my favorite one so far. Would you consider making a Raymond Reddington voice pack? The guy has the best lines for a smooth criminal turned xcom character
