Not sure yet. Lemme see how Ash turns out. It'll be very slow because I've recently got a busier life and some other projects. So far, I've got his tanktop, long sleeve, and torn sleeve as bodygroups. I want this to be the coolest virtual action figure we could have.

I was gonna try HWM flexes, but they're complicated, so I'm gonna do the basic HL2 flexes. I see that you made the face bones themselves since the facial animations don't use the in-game bones. That's very badass, man.

I think there's a mistake in the materials. The roughness map from the green layer of the ARM map should inverted, have the blackness changed, and be added as the transparency to Ash's normal map. I'm getting the game soon, so I'll eventually do it myself. Do you mind if I upload a version of this with new HWM flexes, and a scale closer to HL2s?
