I'm using Actor Detail mod which makes the vests and stuff bulky and more detailed.
I changed the character model myself though.
You can replace your character with any model from the game.
All character models are in Data/Actors/Monsters
I play as Jaguar so his file is 285_jaguar, and 285_jaguar_Head
The enemy model I am using is one in the files called sectmen
You simply copy the files of the enemy model you want to play as and rename them to replace your player file, in my case being 285_jaguar and 285_jaguar_Head
