What if Biker didn't blow off his assignment to attack the Hotel Blue in Hotline Miami 1? and what if he cleared the entire building out, instead of the bottom and top floor, like a certain rooster did?

I thought, for a building named Hotel Blue, there wasn't anything blue about it in the original game, so I decided to make one of the floors completely blue-ish purple.
