It's probably a conflict with another mod, are you subbed to Sav items?

I played around in the nanomedkit config and it's still giving me only one medkit use.

@Hudson Savage I had the same thing happen again, even with Savage Items mods removed. I am not sure why no armor appears on that class, but the issue is not related to this mod.

@Hudson Savage I ran into an issue with the A Requiem Campaign: Witch Class mod. The soldier had no armor and I could not add armor. I removed this mod; then the soldier appeared with kevlar armor and I could also change it if desired.

Cheers, this saves some time ;commenting out the vanilla item changes, good idea to separate/make it a plugin for compatibility.
