Sure. You can use this addon as a base, just find a way to split whatever animation you have into separate images (one for each frame) and I believe you can just import that folder into VTFedit. Don't quote me on that, it's been a while.

The song is an original lol, I sampled Funky Town (low quality) and made a blues progression. I added percussion and the cat sounds, i forget what else.
