Getting the command

In MO2 click the shortcut button in the top right and create a desktop shortcut

Adding the command to Steam

Right click the desktop shortcut and go into properties.

Copy everything in the target section.

Now paste it into the launch options of SkyrimVR in Steam adding %command% to the end

Play

Now all you have to do to jump back in is press play!
