[REP] PvP

This is a mod that adds real PvP to the game!

To enable PvP in the game, you need to press the "Z" button in the game or write "pvp" to the console.

Now there is a PvP challenge in the menu of mod challenges! "Last Isaac Standing". The last one who will stand alive wins, and between rounds, players choose items that they will take to the next round.
Also you can set a nickname with the command "pvp nick `playerid` `nickname`"! Nicknames will be displayed only in PvP.

Most mod characters also work with PvP mode! Here is a list of those that definitely work:

• StarFall (my mod!!!)
  
• Samael
  
• Epiphany (Tarnished Chars)
  
• Mei
  
• Edith
  
• Glare
  
• The Hollow

And some part needs improvement. Here is their list:

• Bertran (sad because this is a really cool char)
  
• Sodom and Gomorrah
  
• The Punished

Please report to me all the bugs you find in the mod. If some mod character doesn't work in PvP, report it too
