Hexagon Cut Armor Block

Adds a single new block to the game: the hexagon cut armor block. A block you did not knew you needed, until you learn of its existence. The block is available in both heavy/light and large/small variants. It includes build stages and LOD models for every build stage.

Furthermore, this mod adds a block variant group to the Half Slope Corner Inverted block that contains the hexagon cut block as well as the half slope blocks that go well with it.
