Le Mutant.

Le Mutant (The Mutant, seriously) was a franch discount retail store chain founded in 1986 by the CNP, a Picard-Normandy COOPerative, as a response to the arrival of german discounters. Why that name ? Idk. It had hundreds of stores across France, mostly found in the west side of the country.
Like most of coops in France during the beginning of XXI century, it faces many economical difficulties and the last store closed in 2015, the monster has been slayed by its competitors. The COOP Picardy-Normandy still exists today, but it's now the shadow of its former glory...


This supermarket has a size of 5*5 cases, and can be found in the low commercial section of RICO.

Almost same stats as mall of moderation.

A sign which uses the same textures is included.
