Desperate times require desperate measures, and the phrase runs true in the latest KAE war. With almost all ships sunken or sold off to pay dept, museum ships were retrofitted and pressed into service. Sadly one of the last Pre-Dreadnoughts in storage was in poor condition, almost completly rusted out. But luckily with a little it of TLC, captured guns and lasers, and lots and lots of Energy drinks, she was ina decent enough condition to float and fight. It wasnt until her first engagment though that the crew realized how good its new LAMS system is. being able to take out cramm cannons and missiles in under a second with a good charge. but with some thin armor in some places it needed shields to fully protect itself.
