Getting better is faster than you think, the only thing you have to do is
to open the game, sell everybody in your team and then exit.

Unplug all your cables from it.
Build in your keyboard in your monitor.
Get a lighter and burn it.
While your PC is on fire, go on a walk in the park.
When you get back, your house should be on fire.
Finally walk out and get a new life.
