Compatability fix for Smoker & Snake's Mod Pack (Le Gourmet Revolution specifically)

Re-wrote everything to be less invasive (should be compatible without much need for further updates since it shouldn't break Snake's recipe lists)
Also removed ItemTweaker dependency as it's obsolete now

Reverts LGR's changes to cigarettes and restores the Pack of Cigarettes icon from Smoker, as well as disables LGR's cigarette packing recipe (since it's redundant if you're using smoker)
Also added a recipe override for opening LGR's Cigarette Box. If you somehow manage to get your hands on one (or you already had one before installing this patch), you can open it and you'll be given one open pack of cigarettes, instead of 20 closed packs of cigarettes.

Do not include this in any modpacks. Feel free to add this to a collection though
