to avoid a crash, you must reset your graphics setting. For example, change graphics from High to Low and apply, then you can setting back whatever u like. Before you enter the mission, you must have "Satchel Charge". after entering the mission, you must have a low wanted level gang on level 2 before chasing down the lead technician (don't enter door) you can AFK few minutes to get low wanted level, and don't forget to prepare your "Satchel Charge". after cut scene you must throw Satchel Charge to his car, just 1 Satchel Charge is enough. Then go run away to another side because that place makes you crash. this game graphics have FPS bad optimization. after you run, look at the target and blow it, then move your screen to a different location.
Note: Split up, don't go together with the target.

Bonus : If you have a random crash activity, you can reset your graphics setting too. It will keep your game continue long enough.
