Typical soviet house in middle 20th century.
Series 1-253-1.

The walls of the building are repainted in one of four colors - light yellow, apricot, light green, beige.

I highly recommend to use mod Painter for recoloring walls.

After building a building, you can choose one of three roof options:

• red metal
  
• green metal
  
• brown shiver

To select a roof option, you need the Building Variations mod.
The building will work without the BuildingVariations mod, but you will not be able to change the type of roof.

This asset should be used with the Ploppable RICO Revisited mod.
You can also use a old Ploppable RICO.
Without RICO this is a unique buildings without any functions and parameters!
For construction, it is still very convenient to use Find It! 2.

Houses series 1-253 use the same textures, so I recommend using Loading Screen Mod to save memory your PC.
