So first things first do testing cheats [true/false]
Once I had this, I shifted and left click to open the debug menu and added him to my family.
This is how to get him playable, now let's say you want him as a father/romantic interest.
I used The MC command center(Mod) I changed the relationship in the MCC to husband so he was connected, the reaper does not like to kiss or marry so that's how I did it. after this, he still won't kiss or woohoo like usual. How do I fix this? well, It's simple I had him go to bed close the game open it back up and boom he was a fully functioning sim.

The other way to add him is in the gallery a few people have uploaded him.

with the gallery step, go to the family thing in CAS and press partner (or something else) or if you have lovestruck you can also choose a romantic dynamic like wholesome or steamy.
