You were probably looking for this:
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2832464569
But it stopped working after patch .73 cause the devs changed how bullets react with your character, making you trip and fall.
I mean, it works, but you will be teleported to a fall or a trip animation.
Aside from that, im pretty sure that there is a option now in the sandbox settings to tweak your character reaction to being shot, from what i heard it is not perfect but it is what we currrently have.
for the values, i dont think it is possible to make them configurable in the menu, since they're not lua files, if i remember correctly they are xml, could be wrong (and im no programer).
You can tweak them on your own though
That said, I would suggest to the author to make the percentage reduction configurable in the game settings.
90% is too much and makes the game feel a little too close to build 40 with mostly complete immunity to physical contact. I would like to set it to 75% so that mistakes are still potentially dangerous, but 75 would be enough to eliminate the Animation Stunlock Cheese that is probably motivating most of the people using this mod. I just wanted to do away with the stupid wombo-combo you get sometimes from two unevenly spaced zombies executing their animations on you repeatedly with no control from the player.
