Introduction
This guide will help you locate Artifacts, Antler Sheds, Landmarks, Points of Interest, Outposts and Lookout Points of Medved-Taiga National Park.

Attention! This guide contains some spoilers! Some locations are secret and may not appear on the map until you discover them.

All locations are extracted from the game files.

Important information: After picking up a collectible item or visiting a PoI/Landmark, please continue to play for at least 5 minutes before leaving the game (don't exit the game immediately). Otherwise, the game stats will not be saved correctly and you will not be able to unlock some achievements until you start a new game. This bug has been reported, but not yet fixed!

Outposts
Outposts are located in each region and they can be fast traveled to via the map. At an outpost, the player can use the cabin to rest and the locker to purchase equipment and access storage.

Lookout Points
Lookout Points can be found throughout the reserve. Visiting and activating them at their information board will reveal the surrounding area on the map and also will mark points of interest in close proximity.

Note: There are reports that "Shed Hunter" achievement is buggy. You should collect a total of 30 items to unlock this achievement. It seems artifacts (Cave Lion Teeth and Mammoth Tusks) also count for this achievement. So, you can try to pick up Antler Sheds and Artifacts as well (at least 30 items) to unlock it.

the many small lakes landmark is bugged for me, I discovered it and it says it's actually Chekurovka Star. Great job avashite, now I gotta back up my save and start a new game just to do one achievement since your beta testing sucks.:steamthumbsup:

Well, i did as you said and it worked. I hoped there were a better solution, but at least i got the achievement. Thanks for your guide and for the savegame tip. From the support i only got an mail which says "we hope we can reproduce that case and maybe can fix it for the next upgrade", and then my ticket was closed. i am glad, that guys like you in the community are working well together. So guys, if anyone else got the problem:

- make a backup of your savegame folder .../documents/avalanche game studios/COTW
- deactivate steam cloud
- start a new game
- go to Medved-Taiga
- find all landmarks for the tourist achievement mentioned in this guide here

I got the Achievement instantly as i clicked on all 20 landmarks and i did it in the same session, took me nearly an hour, died two times, hehe. ^^

Hi! First of all, can you please check how many landmarks are discovered according to your stats in the Codex? This may be the bug described above, even if your stats say that all landmarks are actually discovered. Don't worry... Back up your save files, start a new game, and revisit all 20 landmarks in a single game session. Once you get the achievement, just restore your save files and keep playing.

I really like your Guide, but i seem to have a problem with the Tourist Achievement. I found all 20 Landmarks, but the Achievement didn't trigger. Do you have any suggestions? Otherwise i got all other Achievements.
