Destroy Ragdolls cmds (cl_destroy_ragdolls)

Descripción
A very simple addon for quick, easy ragdoll removal without clean-up.
Mainly for removing the annoying client-side ragdolls NPCs spawn when 'Keep Corpses' is disabled.
Replicates the cl_destroy_ragdolls command from L4D2 into two commands.

cl_destroy_ragdolls removes all clientside ragdolls.
sv_destroy_ragdolls removes all serverside ragdolls.

um for the l4d2 command on npc doesn't work like for l4d2 death animation is there way to fix it?

- Serverside (sv_destroy_ragdolls) if ‘Keep Corpses’ was on when they were spawned.

The ragdolls made by dead NPCs are:
- Clientside (cl_destroy_ragdolls) if 'Keep Corpses' was off when they were spawned.
- Serverside (sv_destroy_ragdolls) if 'Keep Corpses' was off when they were spawned.
