Adds a difficulty level above "losing is fun". (It currently sits below "Custom" on the list, not sure how to fix that, but it's cosmetic).
(Upped threat baseline from 2.2 to 2.4, other tweaks as described below)

Some info from previous mod dev:
"Works with any storyteller, speeding up adaptation."

"Threats have the same baseline as [losing is fun]: 2.2 (2.4 now!) The main difference is adaptation, it is a factor which increases the threat scale when things go right and decreases the threat scale when thing go wrong. In vanilla, is it rather slow to go up, and has a max at 24% (+/-) which is rarely met because it so slow to go up and blows are so important with each death/down colonist. In deity difficulty, this factor has a max at 60% (+/-) and it goes up faster.

TLDR: brace for threats roughly 30% larger than [losing is fun] if you're doing well, smaller than [losing is fun] in dire situations."

...

I haven't tested this much yet. Ran for awhile with Cassandra - no errors, and it seemed a little more intense, but it's hard to say with that little of playtime. From reading older info it seems it will really be felt with higher wealth/population colonies. I don't know a lot about the difficulty system and how it really works, so if anyone wants to try running this for awhile that'd be great. All feedback welcome as usual.

Original mod notes (1.1):

This mod adds a difficulty level above merciless [losing is fun].
You've felt this sweet spot on merciless where everything is running smoothly? It's time to unleash the full potential of the adaptation mechanics.

my game already cries with how big raids get on my 250% threat runs, so i think higher adapt might make it want to commit sudoku

Seems to be, I ran it for about 12 waves and it seems to work ok.
