Chezit's mini power graph- 1.1

This advanced power graph Shows a battery graph/indicators, power use graph, charging indicator and battery based Fuel managemant (not in - model) .

Hopefully this is closer to an all in 1 solution of a power graph so u dont need like 50 different machines.

Guide:
Green graph is battery percent
Orange graph is Power Usage
Middle left is a battery indicator
Middle right is charging indicator

Fuel controller (not in - model)
the right most microprocessor is 2 variables that represent the
battery percentage activation threshold for the conveyor/conduit.

I will eventually make expansions for this power graph in the future
