It's a total waste of time. It has no impact on mods, it's a waste of space, as it even says that the mod does nothing at all, it serves no function apart from giving him the satisfaction of being a smug little ......
If the mod does download with any other mods you use, and it says this mod is needed, simply unsubscribe from it.
It has no relevance to any mod at all, or the game itself for that matter.
