Instructions for VR
On the menu screen, turn around and look at a giant barrel with a faucet on it, point your controller at the faucet and click it and it will fill the glass, click the glass and it will drink it, repeat this step 3 times.
After drinking all of the beer, navigate to solo, then volume 1, then to the song Drunken Dwarves by Wind Rose, select any difficulty and complete it. After completing the song you will unlock the achievement and a hammer to use in-game. I hope this helped! :)

Instructions for flat mode
Play the song Drunken Dwarves by Wind Rose to completion 3 times

I had to play the song 3 times for flat mode to get the achievement

If anyone figures out the exact number of plays required in flat mode to unlock the achievement I'll update the guide to include instructions for flat mode

I got this achievement on flat today, seems to award the achievement just for playing Drunken Dwarves 3 or 4 times in a row. Doesn't seem to be any medal/score requirement, just restart the song each time from the finishing screen.
