1. Start the game (Not fully. just the menu). 2. Enter the text into the console. 3. Start a new game 4. Start console again. (I have it set to "`", others have it at "c"). 5. Enter the text into the console. 6. Walk out of the office and you will have it in a few seconds!
Much easier if you have console enabled.

Save the file and open it's properties via rightclick. Remember: The option 'read-only' or 'write-protected won't work!!! Switch to Security and hit 'Edit..'. Then select your username in the list and check 'Write' as 'Deny'. Close all dialogues with OK. Start the game and hit the key 'X' some times. Then begin a new walkthrough and hit 'X' also some times. Quit to the main menu and hit 'X' again some times. Now wait a moment and the achievement should unlock. After that don't forget to revoke the file security properties - uncheck deny write.
Maybe it was just enough restarts. Although i suspect it happened after one of the many different endings when i answered the phone in the first room after Stanley's office. The same phone that sometimes says something about the danger of recorded messages. The time when i got this achievment, i heard "Stanley's wife" talking on the phone.
I remain curious about the rightful way about getting this acheivement,
if any one has won it by accident, he should talk :p
It does feel a little bit like cheating this way, but the game is so smart, I think the Dev would approve this sneaky method
